Mustafa Abdellatif Alwishah

Mustafa Alwishah is the Head of our global Energy, Industrials and Sustainability Division.

He has more than 30 years of experience across project management, engineering, strategy development, technology management, industrial operations, supply chain and commercial negotiation. He has worked extensively with leading cement and energy industrial players including international majors across Europe, Middle East and Africa, national and local governments, bulk industries, energy contractors, utilities and engineering service companies.

Mustafa has particular interest in helping clients with transitioning to a lower carbon future, developing decarbonisation strategies and energy efficiency solutions that address rising environmental and social challenges. Mustafa has worked on the energy transition and alternative fuel replacement for industrial players to become more sustainable and cost effective. 

He has also led country Business Resilience and geopolitical challenges to ensure business continuity and people protection through the development of business continuity plans, crisis management, threats and risk assessments.

Prior to joining our firm, Mustafa was the Plant Manager for cement plants in Iraq and Jordan, where he led the management, oversite and performance excellence of the plants. He also served as project director for a 15MW Solar Power Plant and led the technical, legal, permitting, financing, development, engineering and construction of the project.

Mustafa is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Consultant Mechanical Engineer in the Jordan Engineers Association.

He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Thermal Power) from Jordan University of Science and Technology
